POSITION DESCRIPTION Qualified candidate should be capable of implementing both the organization and supervision required to manage projects and personnel from inception through completion. The successful candidate will assist and or, directly perform: Managing and documenting equipment cost Purchases, usage, fuel consumption and maintenance & repair cost Vendor management RFQ's, Negotiation, Selection Awarded Project Building, Coding, and entering into system. Field generated purchases Obtaining, Coding and Job costing RFI's & Submittals & Certifications Timecards, Cell Phone Timecard, Verification Entry Billing Oversite and Entry Inventory Project Contact Management Project Purchasing, Processing Change Orders REQUIRED SKILLS " Must Have " Strong mathematic skills. " Must " be proficient using Microsoft Excel Strong time management and organization skills Strong computer skills, comfortable with data entry / processing with "industry specific" software Creative, pro-active problem-solving skills Able to communicate and motivate field personnel.
